Ok they checked on it and for some weird reason your aqccount is banned. Not you just another glitch in the program. The site crashed pretty hard and they lost a lot of stuff and a lot went kinda kooky.
They are working on it for ya. Were glad you were able to even register as previously no one was able.
I have them working on the morningstaracres account
