Hi:
We are new to this forum, but not to unharnessed standardbreds. I have ridden an stb, most of my life. This is our latest addition. His name was Galway Gray Now Winter Rescue or "Beau". We adopted Beau from a horse rescue 1 year ago, Feb 19/08. He had not had it easy. Beau's personality and willingness to learn is incredible, and he is our new best friend.
Beau's pedigree is Astreos - Rulers Chippie by Laag. Hence the coloring. He was bred to be a champion on the track, but decided he wanted to just be a champion in our hearts!!! (LOL)

Thanks everyone for all of your help... especially Jen for adding my pics. Thanks MSA, I like that one as well. He is my buddy, even drinks Tim Hortons coffee. We originally got him for my daughter, but he turned out to require a more advanced rider, so she twisted my arm really really hard to work with him. ;D LOL  All Right I finally got it. PS this was our 1st show. We had only had him 2 weeks |
