I'm Skye, I'm an owner of a STB.
I have been riding since I was 4 but have only been fully in lessons for 2 years. I work for lessons by mucking out stalls but I also help with grooming at shows with my friends and bathing horse. I have been learning alot about horses then my mom surprised me by adopting a horse! We adopted my guy from the osas.
I plan on working with horses as I do my schooling which includes working with horses.
I currently ride about 5 times a week and I do show jumping and some hunter flat/ jumping.
I currently only jump 2'9 though and I am hoping to get my guy over 3 feet by march but that i'm not sure about.
I came on here because I would like some help with my STBs training, I do have a trainer but he has never worked with an STB before and he doubts them alot since he has only heard horror stories with them. So in other words I am trying to prove to him that my horse can do it... its hard some times LOL.
